Open Enrollment for 2018 begins November 1, 2017 and ends December 15, 2017. Find out if you’re eligible to use the marketplace. At this site, you can also find out if you qualify for Medicaid or CHIP. There’s no limited enrollment period for Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). You can apply any time.
