DHA 2017 Annual Plan Proposed Significant Amendment #1

The Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) is amending its 2017 PHA Annual Plan with the following items:

  • Submission of a Disposition Application to HUD for 4 vacant homes in the Birchwood Heights Development.
  • Creation of a Site-based Waiting list at the Laurel Oaks Development.

A copy of the proposed significant amendment will be available for review at the Durham Housing Authority’s Central Office or at the property management offices located at McDougald Terrace, Oldham Towers, Cornwallis Road, J. J. Henderson, Morreene Road, Oxford Manor, Goley Pointe, Laurel Oaks, and Edgemont Elms. You can also view it by clicking here.

DHA's Board of Commissioners will meet Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. at its Central Office (330 East Main Street, Durham, NC) to receive public comments regarding the proposed Significant Amendment.
