Location: Central Office Pay rate: $42,124 to $54,762 Closing Date: Open Until Filled
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Financial Services Department by processing, analyzing, and posting all tenant accounts receivable transactions. The incumbent will develop reports, manage security deposits, reconcile accounts and process all tenant payments. Requires an Associate degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 1 year of professional accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. To perform this job successfully, the employee should have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products at an intermediate level. Must have the ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks. Must also possess the ability to effectively operate all office equipment including but not limited to copiers, scanners, fax machines and telephones.
