4 WAYS TO PAY YOUR RENT

1. MAIL YOUR PAYMENT:
Mail your rent stub along with your money order to P.O BOX 600139 Raleigh, NC27690-1736

2. PAY ONLINE:
Pay directly from your computer, tablet, or smart phone device using your checking account, debit card, or credit card.

3. PAY WHERE YOU SHOP:
Please have your account number from your rent statement when you make your payment.

4. SET UP DIRECT DEPOSIT:

Set up ACH DirectDeposit to make automatic withdrawals for your monthly rental payments.
ACH forms can be picked up from their property management office.
