HOUSEKEEPING
Regular housekeeping supports healthier living conditions for your household and helps protect the quality of our communities. The Agency remains committed to providing support through maintenance services and inspections when needed, and we appreciate your continued partnership in keeping our neighborhoods clean, safe, and well cared for.

RENT COLLECTION
Oxford Manor has received about 34% of this month's rent. Rent payments help us keep our community safe, clean, and running smoothly. They cover maintenance, utilities, staff, and community programs.

If you're having trouble paying your rent, please contact the management office as soon as possible. We're here to help and can talk with you about payment options or connect you with resources that may be available.

TRANSFER OF ASSITANCE (TOA)

Through the Rental Assistance Demonstration program (RAD), DHA can convert a unit's public housing assistance and move it to a new location - either to an existing property or to a property to be constructed. This is known as a "transfer of assistance" (TOA).

DHA is transferring assistance for 99 units at Oxford Manor to three nearby projects, Sandy Ridge Station (31), Sandy Ridge Villas (20), and Bragtown Walk (48).

GRINDING REACHING ACHIEVING BALLING (G.R.A.B.) Afterschool at Oxford Manor is excited to launch a targeted educational program initially serving 3rd and 4th grade students, with plans to expand to additional grade levels and increase engagement days as we grow our team of dedicated tutors and support staff.

Alongside academic enrichment, we will incorporate meaningful community engagement activities to keep the space active, supportive, and impactful for residents. A monthly calendar will be shared to highlight upcoming programs and events. We are committed to ensuring a smooth, professional transition into the space and appreciate the continued support as we move forward.

INSPECTIONS

In preparation, Oxford Manor will soon be inspected by HUD to ensure we meet federal housing standards.

Please help us prepare by:

  • Keeping your apartment clean and clutter-free
  • Making sure smoke detectors are in place and undamaged
  • Keeping hallways and exits clear
  • Disposing of trash properly
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to the office

Inspectors may need access to your unit; management will notify you in advance if so.

Your cooperation is necessary in helping our community maintain HUD standards and continue providing quality housing for all residents.
