UPDATE 01-05-2020 3:20 PM DHA will temporarily relocate those families who desire as we ensure the safety of all units. Tenants who would like to be relocated temporarily are asked to contact the Management Office immediately or call 919.596.1639 for more information.

UPDATE 01-04-2020 4:00 PM: McDougald Terrace residents who are interested in relocation--this will resume on Monday, January 6, 2020 at 9:00 AM. For emergencies, please call 919.596.1639.

UPDATE 01-04-2020 1:20 PM: McDougald Terrace residents are reminded to please contact the management office on site (by phone or in person) if they need assistance. The office will be open until 3:00 pm today.

UPDATE 01-03-2020 10:07 PM:DHA will update the McDougald Terrace relocation situation on the agency's website tomorrow (Saturday) morning. Residents who are affected are asked to contact the McDougald Terrace Management office if they need assistance. The office will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday.
