Inspections are right around the corner for Cornwallis, Club Blvd. and Oxford Manor. You are an important part of a successful annual inspection. We need your help to improve unit scores!

Inspections Dates:

• Cornwallis - March 30th
• Oxford Manor - April 1st
• Club Blvd. - April 4th

To help boost your property scores pledge to:

• Report all maintenance issues
• Remove trip hazards
• No blocked door exits
• Report holes in walls and doors
• Clean exterior of home
• Ensure smoke detectors are up
