To improve our services, we are implementing the following:

  (so we can respond more efficiently to your questions and concerns within 24 hours).
• Dedicated Landlord Hotline Number: 919-683-3130.
• Hiring more staff to manage the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
• Creating a Landlord Committee.
• Conducting quarterly Landlord meetings.
