Waitlist Opening - Converge Senior Living (55+) Project-Based Voucher Community

The Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) will open the wait list for Converge Senior Living.
Converge Senior Living will offer Project-Based Voucher assistance for spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment homes for eligible applicants who are 55 years of age or older.

Applications submitted outside of these dates and times will not be accepted.
- Waitlist Opens: Monday, June 15, 2026, at 8:30 AM
- Waitlist Closes: Friday, June 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM
Who Can Apply?
- SENIOR COMMUNITY
Applicants must be 55 years of age or older. - SPACIOUS APARTMENT HOMES
Available one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes. - PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER ASSISTANCE
Affordable housing opportunities for income-eligible households.
