Public Notice: FY2027 Annual PHA Plan is Available for Inspection and Review

The Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) has its FY 2027 Annual PHA Plan and Policy Revision available for Inspection and Review.

The Public is advised that the draft proposals can be reviewed at DHA's public housing Management Offices and Central Office by appointment. More information can be found on DHA's website: www.durhamhousingauthority.org

A Public Hearing will be held to discuss draft plans and policy revisions on 09/23/26 at 5:30 p.m. in the Boardroom at 423 Morris St., Suite 200, Durham, NC 27701.

Written comments on the proposals are welcomed from 8/6/26 to 9/22/26. All written comments must be received by 9/22/2026 for consideration.
