Opening of Converge at Momentum and Sankofa Landing Waiting Lists

Durham Housing Authority is opening the waitlists for Project-Based Voucher units at Converge at Momentum and Sankofa Landing, two brand new family communities in Durham. 

Applications open Monday, September 21st at 8:00am and will close Friday, October 2nd at 5:00pm.

Converge at Momentum offers one, two, three and four-bedroom units. Sankofa Landing offers one, two and three-bedroom units, with voucher assistance available for two and three bedroom units.
