HOT TOPICS
Rent is due on the 1st. Non-payment may lead to eviction and affects our ability to complete work orders. Coming soon: Rent Café - a new online rent-payment system.

RENT COLLECTION
Morreene Road has received about 65% of this month's rent, our goal is 100%. Rent payments help us keep our community safe, clean, and running smoothly. They cover maintenance, utilities, staff, and community programs.
If you're having trouble paying your rent, please contact the management office as soon as possible. We're here to help and can talk with you about payment options or connect you with resources that may be available.
HVAC PROGRESS UPDATE
Good news HVAC repairs are moving forward. The vendor has finished work on 8 units so far and is continuing through the remaining homes. Thank you for your patience while we work toward a long-term fix.
Tip for Better Performance: Homes with two HVAC units must be kept set to the same temperature.
