Board Committee Meetings

• Board of Commissioners (DHA) normally meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm.
• Resident Services and Operations Committees normally meet on the third Tuesday of each month at 3:00 pm.
• Finance and Development Committees normally meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 3:00 pm. 
• Durham Housing Authority (DHA) - 5:30 P.M.
• Development Ventures Incorporated (DVI) - Immediately following DHA Meeting
• Preiss-Steele, Edgemont Elms Housing, Inc. (EEHI), Learning Assistance Incorporated (LAI) - Meetings held annually in January (next meeting January 22, 2025).

In-Person Meeting
All meetings will be in-person, DHA Boardroom at 423 Morris Street, unless otherwise noted.

This schedule is subject to change. The public is welcome to attend our meetings and we have time at the beginning of each meeting for public comment and input. If you would like to address the Board or one of its standing committees, please submit the Public Comment form.
